Corporate Offices

Reception-grade attendance that fits the fit-out and reports to payroll

Face recognition terminals that read as part of the reception rather than bolted on, with visitor and contractor logging and access control on server and executive rooms.

  • Reception-grade hardware
  • Visitor and contractor logging
  • Meeting-room access control
  • DIFC, DMCC, ADGM ready

What a corporate office actually needs from attendance

The visible one, the terminal at reception, needs to look right. But the more useful things sit around it: visitors and contractors logged with the same system, access control on server rooms and executive offices, WPS-ready payroll for the finance team. This is a solution, not just a machine at the door.

What we configure for a corporate office

Reception-grade face terminals

Suprema BioStation 3 at the main entrance. Reads as part of the fit-out rather than bolted on, and clears reception traffic without a queue.

Visitor and contractor logging

One-day visitor cards issued from reception, contractor access limited to specific hours, both flowing into the same audit log as staff.

Access control on sensitive rooms

Server rooms, executive floors, IT stores. Restricted to authorised staff with time-of-day rules, all on the same platform as attendance.

Free zone-ready records

Records suitable for HR audits and staff visa evidence in DIFC, DMCC, ADGM, JAFZA and the Sharjah free zones. Timestamped and exportable on request.

WPS-ready payroll export

Worked hours, overtime, absences exported in a format your payroll and WPS process consumes. Configured and tested at handover.

Multi-branch consolidation

Offices across the Emirates or across borders reporting into one database. Managers see their own team; HR sees everything.

What we ask an office first

1

How does reception actually look?

The wrong terminal ruins the fit-out. We specify Suprema in reception-forward spaces and ZKTeco where the entrance is functional rather than showcase.

2

Who counts as a visitor?

Meeting attendees, delivery drivers, contractors. Each gets a different access profile so a delivery driver does not roam the office.

3

Which rooms need access control?

Standard: server room, IT store, executive floor. Sometimes: cash office, meeting rooms with sensitive material. We map at the survey.

4

Is your free zone strict about records?

Some free zones ask for attendance records at HR audit or visa renewal. We provision long-term retention and simple exports so nothing has to be reconstructed.

Corporate office attendance questions

Which terminal is right for a reception?

Suprema BioStation 3 or FaceStation F2 for spaces where clients and visitors see the entrance. Reception-grade finish, fastest matching, highest security certification.

Can visitors and contractors be logged too?

Yes. Visitor cards issued from reception, contractor access restricted to specific hours, both flowing into the same audit log as staff attendance.

Can we control access to specific rooms?

Yes. Server rooms, executive offices and IT stores can be restricted to authorised staff with time-of-day rules on the same platform.

Are you familiar with DIFC and DMCC HR requirements?

We install and support across every UAE free zone. Records are timestamped, long-retention and exportable on request, suitable for HR audits and visa evidence.

Can we consolidate multiple offices?

Yes. Offices across the Emirates or across borders report into one database. Managers see their own team; HR sees everything and produces a single consolidated payroll file.
