How much does a biometric attendance system cost in the UAE?
A single-device installation for a small office typically starts around AED 1,850 excluding VAT, including hardware, software, cabling, installation, staff enrolment and training. Face recognition systems for larger teams typically run AED 3,950 and up. Multi-branch deployments are quoted after a free site survey so the price is fixed before you commit.
How long does installation take?
For a standard single-site office, we complete cabling, mounting, software configuration and staff enrolment within 48 hours of quote approval. Multi-branch rollouts are scheduled branch by branch, usually across one week.
Does the system work with our payroll and WPS?
Yes. The software exports worked hours, overtime, late deductions and absences in a format your payroll process can consume, which feeds the salary figures used in your WPS SIF file. We configure the export during installation and test it against a live payroll run with your accountant.
Is a biometric attendance system acceptable for MOHRE records?
Electronic attendance records give you a timestamped, tamper-resistant audit trail of hours worked and overtime, which is far stronger evidence than signed paper sheets if records are ever requested or an employee dispute arises. We retain full historical logs and can export any date range on demand.
What happens if an employee's fingerprint does not read?
We deploy dual-method devices as standard, so a worker whose fingerprints are worn from manual labour can use a face scan, palm or RFID card instead. During enrolment we register a backup method for every employee, so nobody is ever locked out at the start of a shift.
Can we manage multiple branches across different emirates?
Yes. Terminals in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates report into one central database over the internet. Head office sees everything, branch managers see only their own team, and payroll is produced as a single consolidated file.
Do you cover Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates?
Yes. We install and support across all seven emirates. Survey and installation are scheduled the same way; response times outside Dubai are agreed in writing in your support terms.
What support do we get after installation?
Every installation includes a 1-year hardware warranty and an initial technical support period. Remote support responds within 2 working hours, and on-site engineers attend where a fault cannot be resolved remotely. Annual maintenance contracts are available for ongoing cover.
